Olympia Honey Company

Olympia Honey Company produces premium, raw honey from hives in Olympia and throughout Thurston County. Our honey is harvested with care, ensuring the purest flavor and the health of our bees and environment.

At Olympia Honey Company, we take pride in producing pure, raw honey in small batches right here in Thurston County. Our honey is never pasteurized or ultra-filtered, preserving the natural enzymes, pollens, and complex flavors unique to our region’s diverse blooms. Each jar reflects the seasonal rhythms of the South Puget Sound—crafted by healthy, well-cared-for bees foraging on local wildflowers, gardens, and native plants. By keeping our operation small and local, we ensure quality over quantity, supporting both pollinator health and our community’s agricultural landscape.Olympia Honey is produced by Jeff Ott, a Master Beekeeper and co-host of the internationally respected Beekeeping Today Podcast, where he shares science-based insights and conversations with leading voices in honey bee research and management. Through both his bees and his broadcasts, Jeff is dedicated to promoting sustainable, responsible beekeeping—right here at home in Olympia.
